PG Award of Degree
The M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics will be conferred on a student in convocation. For conferment of degree, student has to fulfill the following requirements:
- The student should have taken and passed all the prescribed courses under the general institutional and departmental requirements,
- The student should have satisfactorily fulfilled other academic requirements like practical training, work visits, seminar and the project,
- The student should have paid all the Institute dues,
- The student should have no case of indiscipline against him / her.
Award of Medals
Various medals are awarded to the outstanding students every year from amongst the graduates who receive their degree at the annual convocation of the Institute.
Minimum Semester Performance
There shall be no minimum GPA requirement for the award of the M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics degrees.
