Apex committee of DDH comprises of Prof. Vijay Raghavan, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India; Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE; Dr. Shekhar Mande, Director General, CSIR and Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, Ministry of Education Innovation Cell. Only 10 entries were selected at a national level amongst thousands of entries.
